Admin Staff
Our firm is hiring an office manager responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Some of the responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Review and approve supply and inventory requisitions
- Maintain office equipment/supplies
- Assist in client write-ups as directed by Partners'
- Prepare monthly invoices to send out to clients
- Talk to clients regularly and make corresponding calls to clients as directed
- Perform other related duties as required
Skills required for this position include very effective organizational and written communications skills, excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail and high level of accuracy, time management skills, and computer skills (Microsoft products[ word, excel, etc,] and QuickBooks experience required).

Full-time Accountant
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Tax preparation of individuals, corporations and partnerships and tax review.
- Tax research and planning.
- Review of tax information supplied by client(s).
- Review and investigate and correct errors.
- Prepare financial statements and strong accounting skills.
- Provide assistance during tax audits.
Applicants must possess a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting or business administration with an accounting concentration. Experience required.
Skills required for this position include very effective organizational and written communications skills, excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail and high level of accuracy, time management skills, and computer skills (Microsoft products[ word, excel, outlook, etc,] and QuickBooks experience required). Also, familiarity with CCH ProSystem fx tax program is preferred.
